On the one hand, you have certain members who seem completely disinterested in even being there. And on the other hand, you have other congresspeople who seem completely unprepared to deal with what's being thrown their way. And when you consider all of that, that presents a really unique opportunity for the opposition party to make some headway.
One of the biggest things that the Republican party does well is that they are consistently effective in marketing simple slogans. That are often detached completely from reality. Think about it. They brand themselves as the party of law and order.
But they [:And that ratio carries through when it comes to indictments and convictions and prison sentences. So the party of law and order has no problem breaking the law when they're in power.
They also describe themselves as the party of individual liberty, but which is the party that's trying to control what you can read, who you can worship, who you can marry, what you do in your own free time what you can eat, drink, ingest, consume.

at if we deregulate industry [:What has actually happened when that policy was put into place? You've seen a 50 trillion transfer of wealth from the bottom 90 percent to the top 1%. And that indicates the level of skill that the Republican party has when it comes to messaging, but now.
There is an opportunity for Democrats and anybody that isn't Republican to be on the advantage. When you look at all of the cuts and policies that are being put into place, will impact red state residents far more than they will blue state residents. Red States are net drains on the federal treasury.

You're feeling this because of the immigrant that's stealing resources. This is the opportunity for Democrats. And independence and anybody that isn't a Republican to go into those districts and explain the impact of what the Trump administration is doing to the kitchen tables and the wallets and the bank accounts of the people that are going to be most impacted.
That is how you connect the dots. Because the biggest lie that the Republican party has convinced the working class. And the working class is anybody that isn't independently wealthy. The biggest lie that the Republican party has convinced the working class is that they're getting poorer because of the immigrant or the black person or the gay person down the street.

Here are two things that you can do. One, get out of your districts and go into red districts and communicate the message. And two, lead from the front, fight back up to and including to the level where you are getting arrested. That sends the right message to all of the people across the country on what the stakes are.
