And gave a long and meandering speech about all the things that he's doing and how all of the countries that he'd levy tariffs against are begging him to make a deal with him and to double down. He made the specific point of emphasizing that he knows what he's doing, not lust than 24 hours later.
What is he doing? He's putting a pause on all of those tariffs, with the exception of the tariffs on China. Why would he do that?

And this exposes the grand fallacy of all of these trade policies and foreign policy that Trump wants to put into place. Trump is operating in a world where he believes it's.
